WATCH: Fijian Drua beat Waratahs with REMARKABLE golden point drop-goal in traffic

Fijian Drua player celebrate a late win over the Waratahs.
The scores were locked up at 36-36 at the end of full-time in the Fijian Drua’s clash with the Waratahs in Super Rugby Pacific sending the game into golden point where one incredible moment decided the game.
Eight minutes had gone by in extra time as both teams searched for points until the advancing Drua passed the ball out to replacement Kemu Valetini, brother of Wallaby Rob Valetini, who showed amazing composure.
The pass itself was loopy and allowed the defensive line to rush up but Valetini caught the ball, threw an audacious dummy, which gave him quite literally half a yard, only for him to squeeze in a drop-kick at goal that dramatically went over to secure the 39-36 win in style. What a moment for the Drua.

It was the Waratahs who opened the scoring through Mahe Vailanu’s first try in the fourth minute which was converted by Tane Edmed who also slotted a penalty five minutes later.
The Drua responded with a try of their own in the 14th minute through Iosefo Masi, who had a brilliant afternoon, with Isaiah Armstrong-Ravula making no mistake with the kick. The hosts would score three more tries before the break with Frank Lomani crossing while Masi scored two more to round off a first-half hat-trick.
The New South Wales men responded quickly after half-time with tries from Charlie Gamble and Joey Walton, both converted by Edmed, before the Drua’s Armstrong-Ravula added a penalty as their last points of regular time.
Vailanu rumbled in for his second just after the hour followed by a quick-fire score from Lachlan Swinton taking the sides level until full-time only for Valetini to show his composure and win the game.
